Currently ROHA FURS offers delivery up to 50 countries around the world.

Shipping is free over 650€.

The order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied, ROHA FURS is not responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination countries. The import duties could be applied only to countries that are not in EU.

The Customer will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

Items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package, unless specified otherwise by the customer.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

The supplier reserves 48 working hours to manage orders and, in any case, orders will be handled from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm. Italian Time zone.   Dispatch time may increase up to 2 working days due to high season load.

Wait Time: 5-7 Business Days

Customer would be provided with the tracking number for every order at the moment of dispatch. 

Parcel would be delivered to the address indicated at the checkout in the dedicated field. In case of recipient’s absence at the moment of delivery, customer would be left a note.  It remains customer’s responsibility to ensure collecting the order. 

Items that are on sale and have been discounted are considered final sale. While we ensure they are shipped with the same care and priority as regular items, please be informed that they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
