Shipping Locations
We offer international shipping across Europe and selected countries worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over €650.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and that the package can be received.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to absence, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery. Failure to collect the package may result in additional charges.
