ROHA FURS is operated by SHAI TECH SRL.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or tailored items cannot be returned or refunded.
Return Process

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal
